Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using Digital Lead AI services. By using our platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services to:
Send spam (unsolicited bulk messages, SMS, or calls).
Transmit unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or abusive content.
Engage in fraud, phishing, or impersonation.
Promote hate speech, violence, or discriminatory content.
Infringe on intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, patents).
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our systems.
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data.
Share account access or credentials without authorization.
2. Messaging & Communication Rules
You must comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and carrier rules for SMS, email, and calls.
No unsolicited marketing without proper consent.
SMS/MMS campaigns must follow A2P 10DLC compliance (STOP/HELP handling, frequency disclosures).
Voice agents and AI chatbots must not impersonate humans in a deceptive way.
3. Security & System Integrity
You may not interfere with or overload our systems.
Attempts to bypass authentication, firewalls, or security measures are strictly prohibited.
You must report security vulnerabilities to [email protected] immediately.
4. Use of AI & Automation
AI outputs must be reviewed before use. You are responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance.
AI agents may not be used for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
You may not train competing AI systems using our platform.
5. Third-Party Integrations
Our services rely on providers such as Stripe, Twilio, and GoHighLevel.
Misuse of integrations (e.g., spamming via Twilio, fraudulent payments on Stripe) will result in suspension.
You are bound by the acceptable use policies of these providers in addition to ours.
6. Enforcement
Digital Lead AI reserves the right to:
Investigate any suspected violations.
Suspend or terminate accounts without refund if this AUP is violated.
Report illegal activity to law enforcement.
