How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription in any of the following ways:

Log into your customer account and cancel directly from the billing portal.

Email our support team at [email protected].

Text our support team at +1 (954) 335-0045 (text only – calls are not accepted).

While logged into our platform, click on “Change Subscription” under your account settings.

Subscriptions & Cancellations

Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis—monthly or annually, depending on your plan.

Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before it ends.

Trial Periods:

If you have a free or discounted trial and do not cancel before it ends, you will be charged the full plan price afterward.

Changing your plan during a trial will immediately end the trial.

Upgrades & Downgrades:

Upgrades: If you upgrade during a billing cycle, you will be billed immediately for the prorated difference.

Downgrades: Take effect in the next billing cycle. Credits from downgrades are applied to future invoices but are non-refundable.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices and will notify you in advance. The new prices will apply in your next billing cycle. Continuing to use the service after a price change means you accept the new price.

Payment Information: Payment information is securely stored through Stripe and PayPal. You may update your payment details at any time in your account settings. To prevent service interruption, we may receive updated payment details from your provider.

Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Digital Lead AI are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to subscription fees, setup fees, add-ons, renewals, and any additional or custom services.

Refunds will not be provided for:

Unused time within a billing cycle.

Lack of usage or failure to use the platform, its tools, or its features.

Partial use of services or paused campaigns.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation Your account will remain active and accessible until the end of the current billing period.

After the billing cycle ends, your account will be automatically closed, and all data, automations, and connected assets will be permanently deleted.

No prorated or partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your billing cycle.

3. Setup Period

The setup process officially begins once all required information, materials, and access credentials have been submitted by the client.

Delays in providing these items do not extend or pause billing periods or refund eligibility.

4. Responsibility for Account Assets

It is the client’s sole responsibility to:

Export or back up all data, assets, and configurations prior to cancellation.

Transfer or port out any phone numbers, domains, or connected integrations before the account is closed.

Once an account is closed, Digital Lead AI cannot recover, transfer, or reactivate any data, numbers, or domains.

5. 30-Day Guarantee (New Customers Only)

Refunds are available only within the first 30 days after the initial paid subscription begins (excluding free trial periods).

After this 30-day period, all payments are final, and cancellations will stop future billing only.

6. Prorated Refunds

Prorated, partial, or unused-time refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

How to Request a Refund

Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month. Combined with any free trial, this gives you up to 60 days total to evaluate our platform.

Conditions:

Refunds apply only to the first paid month after a trial.

Requests must be made within 30 days of the first payment.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.

Processing fees may be deducted.

Credits: We do not provide credits for partial subscription periods.

Continued Access: After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

Policy Abuse: We may deny refund requests if we reasonably determine the policy is being abused.

2. You may also contact us through live chat when logged into our platform.

3. Refund requests are processed within 5–7 business days, and a confirmation email will be sent once completed.

Fees & Payments

Payment Obligation: You must pay for each product or service according to the pricing provided.

Payment Processors: We use Stripe and PayPal. Their terms and privacy policies also apply.

Billing Method: Charges are made through the payment method selected in your account.

Currency: All fees are in U.S. dollars (USD). You are responsible for any currency conversion or foreign exchange fees.

Delinquent Payments

Payment Failure Notice: If we cannot process your payment, we will notify you promptly.

Suspension: If fees remain unpaid for 14 days after notice, we may suspend or revoke access. Service will be reinstated once outstanding balances plus the next billing cycle are paid.

Termination: If fees remain unpaid for 30 days after notice, we may terminate access. Reactivation requires full payment of outstanding fees plus the next billing cycle.

Service Impact: Suspension or termination may affect your ability to serve your clients or use our platform. We are not liable for any issues resulting from suspension or termination.

Your Responsibility: You agree to resolve any disputes with your customers resulting from service suspension or termination. You further agree to indemnify Digital Lead AI against any claims related to such disputes.
